The service
ClipAtelier creates short clips from videos you submit and can publish them to social accounts you connect. By using ClipAtelier you agree to these terms.
Your content and rights
Only submit videos you own or have permission to use — for example your own uploads, videos from creators who allow clipping (such as clipping programs), or content you have licensed. You accept this when you create your account.
You are solely responsible for the videos you submit and the clips you publish, including any copyright claims, and for complying with the terms of YouTube and every other platform you post to. ClipAtelier does not review or approve the content you process.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant ClipAtelier the limited permission needed to process it and publish it on your behalf when you instruct us to.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Copyright complaints
If you believe a clip created with ClipAtelier infringes your copyright, email copyright@clipatelier.com with a link to the content, proof that you own the rights, and your contact details. We respond promptly and remove content we still host.
Connected accounts
When you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, ClipAtelier posts only the clips you publish, schedule or queue via autopilot. You can disconnect an account at any time.
ClipAtelier uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Plans and credits
Processing consumes credits according to your plan. Credits have no cash value. We may change plans with notice.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. Platforms may reject, limit or make private uploads under their own rules and quotas; ClipAtelier is not liable for such decisions or for lost revenue.
