Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in one click. Your plan and tokens stay until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Your plan's tokens refill every month and unused ones don't carry over. Yearly plans refill monthly too.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades apply right away with your new monthly tokens, and you're only charged the difference. Downgrades apply the same way, with the price adjusted on your next bill.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the period ends. Tokens for failed clips come back automatically, and mistaken or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
Who handles the payment?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle cards, taxes and invoices. We never see your card number.
