Channel Feeds

Watch YouTube sources and auto-clip them into Shorts

Channel Feeds is ClipAtelier's Pro workflow for creators who already know which YouTube channels they can clip. Add those sources once, set a mode, and the studio keeps an eye on new and popular long-form uploads — Shorts are cut and dropped into your Autopilot queue.

You stay in control of rights and posting. Only use sources you own or have permission to clip. Reorder or remove clips in the queue; Autopilot posts on the schedule you set.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add sources you can use

Point a Pro channel at YouTube channels or playlists you own or are allowed to clip. Shorts uploads are skipped; we target long-form videos.

  2. 02

    We clip in the background

When a fitting video appears, ClipAtelier runs the same viral pipeline: moments, captions, 9:16 reframing, then ready Shorts.

  3. 03

    Queue in Autopilot

Finished clips land in Autopilot. Drag to reorder, trash what you do not want, and let posting run on your schedule.

What you get

  • Multi-source watch list

Follow several YouTube sources per channel and mix clips across them.

  • New and viral long-form

Pick up fresh uploads and high-performing videos — Shorts are excluded.

  • Same studio quality

Word-timed captions, vertical reframing and AI titles, identical to a manual Create job.

  • Autopilot handoff

Clips queue for scheduled posting instead of sitting in a downloads folder.

  • Reorder and skip

Drag the queue or delete clips before they go live.

  • Token-aware

Clipping uses your plan tokens like Create; owner accounts and free slots follow the same rules as the rest of the product.

Why Channel Feeds exists

Manual clipping means pasting a link every time a source uploads. For clip channels and series that live off a few trusted sources, that ritual is the bottleneck. Channel Feeds turns it into a watch list: sources in, Shorts out, Autopilot for the calendar.

It is not a license to clip anything on YouTube. You are responsible for rights — your own channel, creators who allow clipping, licensed or CC content. The product is built for people who already have that permission.

Feeds vs paste-a-link Create

Create is still the right tool when you have one specific video. Channel Feeds is for ongoing coverage of sources you follow. Both share the same clipping engine; Feeds just starts jobs for you when eligible videos appear.

Questions

  • Is Channel Feeds included on every plan?

Channel Feeds is a Pro feature. Every plan can open the Feeds page; Pro unlocks adding sources and running auto-clip. Starter and Free still use paste-a-link Create and downloads.

  • Do Feed clips use tokens?

Yes. Auto-clipped videos charge tokens the same way as Create jobs on your plan, unless your account has owner free credits.

  • Can I clip any YouTube video?

Only clip videos you own or have permission to use, such as your own uploads, creators who allow clipping (for example clipping programs), or licensed content. You are responsible for the clips you post.

  • Is it free?

Yes. Every new account gets 15 free tokens with no card, enough to try the whole pipeline. There is no watermark on any plan, free included.
